Officer Forrest (Chip) Stickney

   Patrol Officer Forrest Stickney has served the Strafford Police Department since August 2019. Forrest graduated Plymouth State University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a minor in Graphic Design and Sociology/Anthropology. Prior to SPD Forrest worked as a Firearms Test Technician for Sig Sauer for several years and previously a youth counselor at a Juvenile Placement Facility. Forrest has now served the Town of Strafford PD as a patrol officer and a firearms instructor.
